🌍 Geographic Limitations
Currently, Daruma Mart ships exclusively within the European Union.
Some EU countries may be temporarily excluded from shipping due to logistical or cost-related reasons.
The countries available for shipping are displayed directly at checkout.
If a country is not selectable, it means it is not currently serviced.
We are continuously working to expand our delivery areas.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or customs checks.
Daruma Mart is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier once the package has been handed over to the shipping service.

4. Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
A tracking link will be emailed to the customer once the parcel has been shipped.

5. Delivery Issues
• Package marked as “Delivered”
If the courier marks the parcel as Delivered, Daruma Mart cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
• Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Daruma Mart is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that prevents delivery, the customer will be responsible for storage and reshipping costs, set at €10.
In case of refusal of the package upon delivery, Daruma Mart reserves the right to deduct all incurred costs from the refund, including outbound shipping, return shipping, and storage fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery, providing:
- a photo of the outer box
- a photo of the inside of the box
- a photo of the damaged items
- a photo of the shipping label
These details are required to file a claim with the courier.
